The Synergy Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The company, located in the breathtaking surroundings of Moab, Utah, is a manufacturer and direct-to-consumer retailer of certified organic, high integrity dietary supplements. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
The Customer Service Representative will provide direct sales and support service to retail and wholesale customers in a high volume contact center. The Customer Service Representative will inform and educate customers, process sales orders, and build relationships with various customer segments. The Synergy Company provides an unhurried, warm, and genuine service experience to our loyal customers via phone, web, and email communications.
