Position Summary:
As an Assistant Manufacturing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our systems to ensure compliance and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position will support the Manufacturing Coordinator and our team by printing and assembling production documentation, maintaining batch and workflow records, perform data analysis and reporting on Production data, assist in preparing presentations, organize correspondence and files, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing time-sensitive projects. At The Synergy Company, your contributions will be instrumental in fostering our culture of safety, empowerment, quality, high-performance, good manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Internal Part-Time Pay Range: $2.00/hr differential
Work Schedule:
  • The Assistant Manufacturing Coordinator role will require 10 – 20 hours of time per week during normal working conditions (balanced with the duties of the employee’s full-time position) and up to 40 per week while performing coverage for the  Manufacturing Coordinator.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Print and assemble MMR/Batch Records
  • Print and assemble blend specific documentation for needed runs
  • Submit sorted and assembled paperwork to QC for approval verification
  • Update any corrections from QC approval verification
  • After record approval, assemble documentation into color coded files for appropriate production locations
  • After run of production, retrieve documentation, sort, and assemble into respective files
  • Work with Warehouse to verify blend and encapsulation returns, scan, and send to Manufacturing Coordinator
  • Record stage and labor sheets and Labor sheets and send to Manufacturing Coordinator
  • As production jobs close, submit closing documentation to the appropriate files, check for missing documents, and submit for Production Manager review

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable using a computer, have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, can manage multiple priorities and projects, is adaptable and willing to actively participate in improvement, can demonstrate professionalism and a high level of respect for others. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency. Candidate must also be able to read, write, speak, listen, and comprehend English proficiently as to ensure the safe and effective performance of the job.
